Product Description

Application: pigment printing binder for textile fabrics; agent to improving fastness of printing and blocking;
Characteristics: 
1.formaldehyde-free, nontoxic, pollution-free, and reach the Oeko-Tex Standard **0。
2.strong cross-linking ability and should obviously improve rubbing fastness and soap washing fastness.
3.Do not affect handle touch and color yield.
 
Technical data:
Appearance: milky white to transparent liquid
pH value: 7±1
Ionic: Anionic
 
Using method:  General dosage proportion will be DF***8 and binder 3 *5 to **0 due to different fastness requirement. 
Baking temperature will be at least **0℃ and baked for **3 mins. 
Thickener FS***0E  **2, 
add water to **0, stir evenly till totally thickened. 
Then add the following compounds and stir it evenly:
Binder FS***0T   ****5              DF***8  **2        Color paste  X
 
Package and storage: shelf life is one year and should be kept at the temperature 4℃**5℃. It is packed in *0kgs plastic drums with plastic bags lined inside.
