Product Description

Electronic dosing machine and bag sealer  MODEL  C2 DOS DOS
The dosing unit is entirely built in AISI **4 stainless steel, suitable for the packaging of granular products in preformed pouches, substance to be agreed, Teflon-coated, consisting of:
- support structure
- loading hopper
- vibrating-channel
- load cell
- digital display for programming the requested weight
-product-conveying pipe with pouch sealing by means
of the pneumatic cylinder
-pedal to provide to start the dispenser
 
Explanation of operations:
the operator fills the hopper with the product to be packed and programs the weight required on the display located in the side of the tool, calculating the calibration of the speed (fast/slow).
For example:
in case the operator needs to pack ***0 gr of product, the weight of **0 gr will be scheduled as fast and *0 gr. as slow in order to get the best accuracy on the final weight.
The operator will insert then the pre-formed bag on the conveyor pipe and after will press the pedal:
the cylinder will be activated, stopping the pouch in position.
At this point,  the channel starts to vibrate and the product will descend gradually into the pouch. 
Once you reach the required weight, the cylinder returns to the start position dropping the pouch  filled on his support from where it will be picked up and placed under the impulse welding machine.
By pressing the pedal the pouch will be  sealed.
During welding, the operator may begin to weigh operation.
