Solventless Epoxy Based Structural Bonding Compound DESCRIPTION APCON POXYBOND is a two pack solventless epoxy bonding system consisting of Pack – A as white Resin and Pack – B as black Hardener with pre-measured quantities, mix ratio 2:1, convenient for on-site mixing and use. Mixed material as well as hardened material is grey in colour. USES APCON POXYBOND is mainly used as structural adhesive / bonding agent to permanently bond freshly mixed mortar or concrete to hardened concrete, glazed bricks, tiles, steel or other structural materials. It is ideal for cantilever extension or expansion and repair of concrete columns, beams, slabs etc. in factories, loading bays, bridges, roads and bonded floor toppings, etc. FEATURES APCON POXYBOND can be applied to both dry and wet surface. Can be supplied in normal and long pot life depending on user’s requirements. Is also an excellent wood adhesive. Greater bond strength than the tensile strength of concrete.
