GS****0H Universal High Purity Gas Chromatograph

GS****0H gas chromatograph is a chromatograph developed on the basis of GS****0III to detect high-purity gas, whichuses a pulsed discharge helium ionization detector (PDHID detector). The PDHID detector is a general-purpose non-destructive detector with extremely high sensitivity. It is a non-radioactive detector. Both inorganic and organic compounds have a high response except Neon, which is especially suitable for the analysis of permanent gases. It is the only detector that can detect to the ng/g (ppb) level. The GS****0H high-purity gas analyzer developed by our company uses high-purity helium as the carrier gas, and adopts heart-cutting technology, multi-column technology and valve switching technology, which can fully realize the detection of high-purity gas (Such as high-purity hydrogen, high-purity helium,High purity oxygen, high purity nitrogen, High-purity argon, high-purity carbon dioxide), analysis of trace impurities.

Main features of the instrument:
The pulsed helium ionization detector (PDHID) of VICI (Valco) is used. 
l The selected injection/switching valves are imported purge type products.
l All sample flow paths are internally polished or passivated **6L stainless steel tubing to avoid analysis errors caused by adsorption and desorption on the inner wall of the tubing.
l Select specially treated molecular sieve packing to avoid analysis errors caused by abnormal adsorption of oxygen and carbon monoxide.
l The instrument uses a back pressure valve to boost the sampling method, which can not only reduce the fluctuation of the sampling signal, but also improve the repeatability and sensitivity of the analysis to a certain extent.
l lCarrier gas and sample gas are equipped with 2um aperture filters.
l The chromatographic workstation has method unlimited storage/recall function, which can easily switch analysis methods when analyzing different types of samples.
