Why filter compressed
air?
Compressed air systems contains much
contaminants, such as solid particles(include dirt, rust and pipe
scale), compressor lubricants, condensed water droplets, water
mist, oil mist, and hydrocarbon vapors. These contaminant plug
orifices of sensitive pneumatic instrumentation, wear out seals,
erode system, reduce the absorptive capacity of desiccant air/gas
dehydrator, foul heat transfer surfaces, reduce air tool
efficiency, and damage finished products. Water left in air lines
can freeze during exposure to cold temperature, blocking flow or
rupturing pipes. Compressor lubricant not captured in a coalescing
filter will eventually collect in pneumatic components, causing
premature component failure, requiring repair or replacement.
Contaminated compressed air systems increase operating costs by
reducing efficiency. This results in damaged pneumatic equipment,
higher maintenance and repair costs, reduced production(due to
downtime), and increased product rejections.

die-casted, with tight and strong structure to ensure the safe
use.

oil mist whose diameter more than 0.*1um can be removed, the

grade: Ultra-efficient filtration, dust particles,
water mist and oil mist whose diameter more than 0.*1um can be
removed, the residual content of oil mist does not exceed

international advanced testing equipment based on standard
ISO****0, which is equivalent to the standard
ISO***3.

main performance parameters are the air inlet oil content and the
particle size distribution of the solid particles.
