I. Product Performance
  • Adduct of benzothiazole derivatives and olefine acid
  • Enhanced boundary layer lubrication
  • Oleophilic,oxidation,rust and corrosion resistance
  • Good synergistic effects with other EP & antiwear additives
  • Perform as friction modifier or antioxidant(metal passivator)
 
II. Product Application
For lubricant oil packages of gear oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, oil film bearing oil, grease especially for the preparation anti-rust lubricant and grease
 
III. Recommended Dosage
0.1%wt.**0.0%wt. with application
 
IV. Application example
In the preapration of sulfur-phosphorous gear oil, while addingHL-T**6E(0.**0.5%):
A.Copper corrosion can be changed from grade 4a level to grade 1b
B.Rustless instead of light rust
C.There will be nondepodit instead of light deposit
D. Dimken OK value could be increased from *5 pounds/in2 to *0 pounds/in2
