ingredients: cocoa butter, whole milk powder and raw unpasteurized
honey from our local beekeepers in Russian backwoods.
Initially we aimed to make our white chocolate creamy and tender
but not sugary as often happens to white chocolates. That is why we
added a pinch of salt to shade the sweetness of honey.
The careful technology of adding honey to pre-cooled chocolate mass
