Color Way HPW™ Series

Color Way HPW ™ Series is the water based solution for the market requirements for PVC&Phthalate-Free inks. Color Way HPW™ inks are ecological water based inks with economical prices. Recommended substrates for HPW inks are **0% cotton, cotton blends. (*There is also an ink in this series to print on **0% Polyesters). *Note: It is advised to wait for *4 hours before washing.

* Non-Contamination: HPW Series™ inks should not be modifi ed or come in contact with any PVC or Phthalate containing ink. Use only recommended additives in order to prevent any contamination. All equipment which comes in contact with HPW Series inks (like mixing apparatus, squeegees, buckets, flood bars, screens, etc.) must be cleaned properly (free of inks or materials which may contaminate the HPW Series inks) before every use.

PRINTER'S GUIDE

Bleed Resistance	Excellent
Stencil Type	Most direct emulsion stencils are suitable.
Mesh	**7 t/cm (****5 t/in)
Retarder	PWB-R0 Retarding Agent / Up to 3% by weight May be added to soften the hand and retard curing time. Adding PWB-R0 reduces the viscosity.
Fixing Agent	PWB-F4 Fixing Agent / Up to 2% by weight (recommended)* or HPW***0 Fixing Agent / Up to 1% by weight may be added to increase fixing on difficult substrates and improving washing fastness. Adding more than specified will harden the feel and block the screen.
Thickener	PWB-T0 Thickener / Up to 3% by weight (recommended)* or HPW***0 Thickener / Up to 5% by weight
Curing Information	****0°C (**8°F) / 3 minutes However, factors such as ink fi lm thickness, curing equipment and fabric may influence the optimum cure time.
Storage	*5°C (**7°F). Avoid direct sun.
