Ideal-line System for Sale Equipment was built by Ideal-line and maintained by Hogberg Sweden. The machine/factory consists of the following equipment: - 3 Stage Washing system with filter system and control panel – this is a 2 1/2 step iron phosphate process. - Equipment is ***2 with 3rd stage washer (clean water) installed in ***9 - Opening – maximum *9cm wide X **2cm high. Can be reconfigured for smaller items - *2m dryer - speed adjustable and up to **0c - Pulley system with driver motor – Maximum line speed is 5 meters per min. - *-powder booths - one for whites and one for colors - Powder booth has two robotic spray arms, one on each side. They can hold up to 6 guns each. Guns are fixed and movable. - Friction charged paint system - *0m oven – is currently configured for Electricity but can be reconfigured for gas. - Dust control system with Vacuum - Paint recovery system
