Parts are loaded onto a conveyor belt or powered roller bed and are processed through any combination of spray cleaning, immersion, ultrasonic cleaning, and drying stages. Guide rail systems are available to control parts on the belt or parts can be processed in baskets. Conveyor speeds are variable to match required production rates. Belting or rollers are available in galvanized steel, plastic, and stainless steel in a wide range of mesh/roller sizes.
