If I understand correctly, you are considering an Over-the-Top IPTV system with delivery to Set Top Boxes, but that you are also interested in delivery of channels to players on PCs. Attached is a proposal for a Turnkey OTT IPTV system which delivers content to Set Top Boxes. The specifics of what is and is not included are stated in the proposal. A PC player is not available for the proposed MX3.0 Gateway. Most systems do not support PC playout as it takes too much time to support all the variations of search engines. It is however possible to deliver the channel programming to PCs by an independent architecture that references the feed from the VSI encoder and distributes it to PCs. The STB option is the preferred approach, but we can discuss alternatives.
