The reaped grapes from vineyards are sent to the preparing section. There, in order to preserve the quality of grapes, It is provided by allowed additional eatable like oil and carbonate de potasium. The action of adding allowed additional eatable is done under the control of Iran's Health Ministry. Then the raisins will be disinfected by the means of sulfur and will be transmitted to special halls in order to be dry. After passing mentioned processes the raisins will be sent to washing sector consisting of three washing processes. In sorting section the remain stalks will be removed and the final quality control is done by high experienced experts. After final confirmation, the raisins are sent to packing section and then are transmitted to store in orderto be preserved and delivered to international market.
