All of our coffee plants are grown on volcanic soil rich in minerals and nutrition. No chemicals are used in fertilizing and pest controlling our plants; instead, we turn all of our coffee waste into organic fertilizer and pest repelling solutions making our coffee very organic and flavorful. These are the determining factors in how the aroma and flavor of the coffee will result. Robusta coffee from Java Island have flavor character with the aroma of brown (mocha aroma), viscosity and medium acidity and have a sense of balance by the final taste of herbs.
