Bullet Point Procedures on our JV/Leased Instruments Client completes new application completely and sends back to you/me. Client must provide the Authorization to Verify and can send the BCL to my investor after I get all his/her paperwork. I will then package the clients file properly and send to my investor for processing of the contract. Investor will then send me the formal contract within *2 hours. I will then forward the client directly the formal contract (sorry, but my investor will not allow any other party other then the client). Once client receives contract and they will need to sign it, then they are to send back to me or the investor only (directly) and the client will need to send 4 hard copies via postal mail to my investors office for proper filing that will need to be done by my investors corporation. Then my investor will countersign and send back to client directly. Then my investor will send his banking details to the clients bank officer and then both bank officers can speak and this will show the clients bank officer that my investor can deliver and close the transaction before the client issues the MT**3/**-ICBPO. Then client is to set up the MT**3/**-ICBPO. When client sets up the MT**3/**-ICBPO he/she will need to email me a copy of the confirmation receipt that the bank will give the client because it can sometimes take up to *2 hours before my investors bank is notified of the MT**3/**-ICBPO being set up. Once my investor has a copy of the confirmation receipt in his hand, he will send the RWA information to the clients bank via MT**9. Once this take place the transaction is now on it's way to ***** the client will have the contract and will know the rest from that point. If the client wishes to use Escrow, our new Escrow Agent is at Comerica Bank, I will provide Escrow information when a client request it.
