K Power is an additive which can ameliorate the character of slag in the Electric Induction Furnace, also can improve the melting efficiency and improve the clean of molten steel or iron.

 K Power can prevent the situation that the slag and the impurity materials are not easy to melt down which will be sticking with the lining when the furnace cool down.( E.g. The 2 metric ton capacity Electric Induction Furnace after using 1 to 2 weeks, there might be having 3 to 8 centimeter’s slag had stuck on the lining, on that moment, the capacity might only has 1.5 to 1.8 metric ton.When the slag stuck more and more on the lining, the power efficiency will become very bad, it will be causing more power cost. )

 The slag happened by the melting steel or iron coursed, this kind of activity would strike, attack, and reduce the life the refractory materials. After using K Power which can be increasing *0% work efficacy of refractory materials.

K Power can ameliorate the character and soften the slag, and prevent the bridging(scaffolding) when the steel or iron melts in the furnace.

K Power can reduce the impurity material of melting steel or iron which to increase the percentage of effective casting.
