Product Description

Lecithin is a generic term to designate any group of yellow-brownish fatty substances occurring in animal and plant tissues, and in egg yolk, composed of phosphoric acid, choline, fatty acids, glycerol, glycolipids, triglycerides,  phospholipids (e.g., phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol).
