The Rotating Oven features a unique air flow system, removable rack, microprocessor base PID controller along with full glass & double-pane door, which gives a full view of product to the customers. For the demanding baker, performance is most important, and that’s why the Weiber combines high steam production with unique air-flow system to yield baking results that match those of much larger and more expensive ovens.

Controls allow the operator to select features such as auto on/off, auto vent, fan delay and time/temperature to make operation even simpler.  The rack consists of a steel framework having casters at the bottom and supporting a vertical array of shelves. Weiber Electric Mini Rotating Rack Bakery Oven exterior is made to stand up to intensive environments with a fully-welded angle iron frame and double pane tempered glass. To achieve maximum efficiency, the interior of the unit features side-mounted halogen lights and rotating racks.
