The operation methods:
 (a)  run - in method
1 Before the break-in method
In order to extend the service life, you should get trial operation before using, be sure to try first to get up to speed. Tighten connection of components, charge sufficient fuel oil, lubricating oil and water, check and adjust the v belt tension. Check the tire pressure and the working condition of the handle.
 2 Basic principles:

3 The purpose of the break-in:
 In good technical conditions and the conditions of lubricating oil is as follows, by slowly increasing load, and gradually to the surface of the parts with grinding uneven parts, for the normal use of micro tillage machine and prolong service life.
 4 Break-in matters needing attention
(1) First do some braking and steering test, check the operating mechanism is working correctly.
(2) After the break-in, strike hot oil off the bottom of the pan. Cleaning the oil pan and parts in the lubricating oil system, the filter, and then add new oil, add right amount diesel, no load running in low speed a few minutes to wash and remove iron filings grinded down.
(3) Check the nut and fasten up all the screws under the cylinder head and other nuts, screws.
(4) Check and adjust the valve clearance, a free travel of clutch and brake.
(5) The mini tiller also need the running-in after overhaul, but perform half.
(b) The details of operation:
Check the lubricant before preparation and installation, according to the requirements of the instructions, diesel oil, cooling water and gearbox lubricant.
 1 check the tire pressure whether in line with the requirements.
 2 check whether the main parts of bolt fastened (focusing on frame, drawing frame and the gearbox housing, driving wheel and other connection parts).
 3 the clutch handle in the "off" position, the gear lever in the neutral position, the throttle lever in "start" position, the throttle switch on: "open" position.
 4 decompression, machine-cleaned pulled, started in the engine specification of diesel engine.
 5 To start up
 (1) check whether the left and right steering gear is reliable joint (inspection methods: don't hold the hand, swinging arm, when micro tillage machine can not rotate, means gritting steering wheel sets have joint)
 (2) diesel engine starts, leave off the clutch, shift lever to the required gear.
 (3) step on the gas can also use the small throttle (no load), relax the clutch handle, slowly and steadily to the "close" position, the mini tiller starts.
 (4) First slow the clutch, then immediately began after the combination, in order to reduce the clutch slippage and the wear and tear.
 6 The choice and transformation of gear
(1) in the farming field , choose at most I and II gear, otherwise will cause overload, which affects the service life of it.
 (2) In order to shift to the top speed, first you must separate the clutch, then shift lever to the required gear.
 (3) For shifting from low to top speed, should first step on the gas to increase speed then shift the gear, from top to low gear, should reduce the speed again after the shift to make sure smooth driving and avoid damage to the gear.
 7 Direction changing
3 (1) reduce the throttle
  (2) in flat road and slope, the machine will turn left when we handle left and turn right when handle right.
  (3) When descend the slope, should operate the opposite way. Namely, it will turn right when handle the left hand and turn left when handle the right direction.
 8, Backward
   Put the clutch to *7 "off" position, shift lever in reverse *8 position, then slowly and put down the clutch to the "close", the mini tiller will backward. At this point is easy to use small throttle.
 *0 Parking and braking
 (1) Put the clutch to the "off" position, the gear lever in high speed position, gradually decreasing to throttle 3, parking can be implemented. After parking handle clutch brake *5 back on the "close" position, During the long winter, must take out all cooling water and keep it outdoor and cover the exhaust pipe in case of rain water; cover the triangle in summer noon in case of thermal deformation and aging.
 (2) The mini tiller parking but not stop, you should handle the clutch brake level to *7 in "brake" position.
 (3) Brake single brake, turn down the gas. 3, quickly put on the clutch brake lever handle *7 "brake" position; use the trailers brake if have the trailer, forbidden to use chassis brake. Generally, don't stop on the ramp. If must, should shut down shift, put triangular under laying the wood tire.
 *1 Driving under special conditions
 (1) The transverse slope tillage lower speed, roller wide-track appropriately and try not to be turning in the direction of uphill.
 (2) Night work. In advance, familiar with tillage area topography and have good lighting. At the same time, the driver must have enough sleep before.
 (3) How to pass through sideways: you must pass channel in low speed sideways. If must go through straight you should slowly down and pass without dash.
 *2 Normally, you should use first gear, but you can use second gear when working in paddy field with less load. Make sure do much weeds on the coulter or will increase parts consumption and loss of power. Shut down the throttle while take away weeds. Clutch handle in off position and screw off the rotary tillage separation claw, keep in separation and use the hook to get weeds away.
