There are bulk,emulsion,liquid,granular and powder of the crude rubber states.The particle size of powder NBR is general between 0.**0.6mm.Is flowability is good.It has the base property of rubber.The production processes with powder NBR can be dry mixed and reduce the cutting step of bulk rubber.And the processes are without thermoplastic,shorten the mixing time.It can directly be extruded and injected with mixtures.This saves energy and reduce time of heat accumulation to reduce scorching.This product will not be bulked among the transferring and storage periods.

Application Domain

Powder NBR is widely used in rubber products improving and resin modifying(e.g.PVC,PE,EP,
SAN and EVA etc.modified to increase toughening,anti-friction and oil resistant).It can used to produce anti-frication materials e.g.break pads,oil resistant rubber hose,sealing products,
adhesive and wire and wire and cables etc.
