Product Description:
The oil press machine is patent products by our factory improved, is more advanced machinery in oil process up to now, with simple structure, easy operate, low consumption, low noise, high output rate, high adaptability, continuous work and other characteristics.

1. High oil output (the rate of the outlet oil >96%), residued oil of the cake is very small raw oil is very clear;

3. The gear box is made of special helical gear design, load small, less consumption, low noise.

Application:
Suitable for Physical squeezing all kinds of vegetable oil material, such as soybean, cottonseed, peanut, rapeseed, sunflower, teaseed, coconut dry, Gendarmerie seed and palm kernel etc.
Suitable for medium-small scale oil factory and private user, as well as for the pre-pressing of extraction oil factory.

Structure:
The machine consist of 5 parts including hopper, gearbox, press case, pressing screw, machine body.

Working principle of screw oil press:
When oil press is operating, prepared material enters the chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing screw and is pressed.

Under the high-pressure condition in the chamber, friction between material and screw, between material and chamber will be created, which also creates friction and relative movement among material particles.

On the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw varies larger from one end to the other. Hence, when rotating, it not only pushes particles moving forwards but turns them outwards as well.

Meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw's rotating, causing every particle inside the chamber to posses different speed.

Therefore, relative movement among particles creates heat which is necessary during manufacturing because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil's elasticity, resulting in high oil productivity.
