The hardness of the pad printing silicone rubber is according to the size of the pattern which you want to print. the normal hardness of the silicone pad is *5A**5A, The general proportion between the silicon rubber and the silicone oil is **0:*0—**0:*0, After you take the correct proportion of the mixture , mix them evenly and sufficiently , then add curing agent which are 2%*3%of the total weight of the silicon rubber and the silicone oil, keep   stirring for 2 to 3 mins……

1. The reasons why the pad printing silicone rubber has a short service life are listed as follows:

(2)The short service life of the silicone pad has a close relationship with the adding amount of silicone oil. The more the silicone oil added, the softer the silicone pad will be.
