I.Production Line Introduction 

PC hollow profile panel extrusion line is mainly composed of single screw extruder, T-die,two station calibrator, take off, annealing oven, transverse cutting unit, belt conveyor, electrical control system, etc;

1. Single screw venting extruder: using high-speed energy-saving screw, the output is increased by more than *5% compared with similar products;

2. UV saving T-die: unique design die, various wall structure, wall thickness can be customized;

3.Two station calibrator: special design sizing unit, each area is controlled separately;

4. Take off: the take off roller can be customized to increase extension;

5. Annealing oven: special temperature control device, reduce heat shrinkage, simple operation.

II.Product advantages

PC hollow profile panel connected with profiles to form a whole system,the panel can shrink freely in the system to avoid the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction on the system structure.
