On basis of new generation dual-core POWERPC processor and high real-time operating system, the system has single instruction operation processing cycle of 8ns, strong floating point operation and multi-task processing capacity, and **8M user program space.

All parts in the system adopt industrial device and are electrically isolated, which have passed IEC electromagnetic compatibility certification to ensure the reliable operation in various industrial field.

3. Convenient programming environment

Programming software of system supports various programming IEC******3 standards, not only completes conventional PLC logic control and sequence control task, but also embedded regulating algorithmic module of various process control, so that users can conveniently realize control task for various fields.

4. High point capacity

KP**0 controller of the system, equipped with 2 high-speed Ethernet interfaces, 3 CANOPEN interfaces, 1 MODBUS **5 interface, 1 serial **2 interface, has high point capacity.

5. Open industrial bus

The system supports various open industrial bus, including CANOPEN, MODBUS and PROFIBUS etc., in which MODBUS and CANOPEN do not require for other accessories and the controller is equipped with corresponding port.

6. Flexible rail mounting

Suitable module of the system is mounted by flexible rail. Local bus is realized through terminal assembly between modules. Removable terminals are used for module so that users can conveniently build various control system.

III. Introduction of main parts

1. KP**0 controller module

KP**0, the PNT***0 series PLC module, executes control plan program, processes local/remote IO data and controls other intelligent equipment through fieldbus. By means of strong operation capacity, the controller has single instruction execution cycle of 8ns for various complex control plans.
The controller, equipped with open communication interface, can be connected to other intelligent equipment such as various IO modules, frequency converter and the third party PLC etc., has high point capacity.

2. Various IO modules
In addition to the acquisition, filtration and AD conversion of field signals, IO module of KP**0 series can implement signal interchange between control system and field equipment. SMT with low power consumption and totally-isolated technology are adopted for reliable operation in various severe industrial fields. DIN rail assembly mounting mode is used for module, which can be quickly mounted on site through its terminals without card backplane.

CANOPEN bus and PLC controller communication are used for module, and knob switch is designed on front panel to set CAN address. Because module adopts standard CANOPEN protocol, the bus can mount any third party module, and KP**0 series modules can also be mounted to CANOPEN bus of other systems.

IV. KTOOLS programming software

KTOOLS specialized for PNT***0 system. Users can flexibly prepare various local control plans based on WINDOW operating system. In addition to powerful functions and friendly environment, the software owns the following characteristics:

Totally conforming to programming language under IEC******3 standards, users can realize the preparation of control strategy by means of languages such as LD, ST, FBD, SFC and CFC etc.

Rich extension function library includes various PLC common control library, various function library of process control and movement control.
