Hydraulic Cylinder and Balance System of QFT***6 Concrete Block Making Machine
A is for the main hydraulic cylinder of the concrete block machine, it is used to up and down the block mould. When the vibration table vibrates to form the blocks, it is also could mix the mould.
B is the hydraulic cylinder of the mould. It is used to up and down the concrete block mould.
C stands for the synchronous axis. There are 2 synchronous axes beside the QFT***6  block making machine  to keep synchronous when the mould up and down.
D is the guide axis. There are 4 guide axes beside the concrete block making machine. These axes would absolutely keep block mould in one horizontal plane.       
     
The system characteristics:
 The Shock Absorbing System of QFT***6 Concrete Block Making Machine

QFT***6  block making machine uses the air mat suspender to focus the shock to the vibration table and reduce the damage of the block machine, because of the huge vibration force. The air mat suspender would give the whole vibration force to blocks, let the blocks from compactness completely in 0.5~2.5 Seconds.
Travel Switch:
There are 4 solenoid switches on the QFT***6 concrete block making machine, these solenoid switches would control the mould up and down exactly.
