Production Capacity:

The production cycle time of the QT***5 is between *8 second without and *2 seconds with Face mix on regular Pavers production. This means with a production rate of 4 cycles per minute and *5 % efficiency the average output should be approx. **0 cycles per hour. Depend on the design and shape for the different pavers and Block, the actual hourly production capacity varies. However, please note that the machine speed will be lower with manual labour evolved and increase with more automation.

5.    Efficient water cooling system to control temperature of hydraulic oil.

8.     Usage of WEINVIEW (Taiwan) Touch-Screen electricity control panel. French Schneider Contactor  Automatic air Switch, Emerson Frequency Converter etc. All the main electronic components are using well-known brand to guarantee machine stable and reliable performance.
