According to gram staining, bacteria can be divided into gram negative bacteria and gram positive bacteria. Among them, a lot of important pathogenic bacteria related to aquatic animal belongs to gram-negative bacteria. Gram-negative bacterial disease, as the most serious disease harming aquatic animals in China, which has a lot of pathogenic species and harm widely endemic areas aquatic breeding category, has caused great economic losses in aquaculture. The pathogen  which causes bacterial disease of aquatic animals has vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio parahaemolyticus,algin vibrio, Aeromonas punctata, Aeromonas hydrophila, Flavobacterium columnare,Edwardsiella tarda, etc, see table 1.
