Description Redispersible polymer powder is water redispersible powder based on a Vinyl acetate - Vinyl versatate copolymer containing polyvinyl alchohol as a protective colloid. It can be used in production of polymer-modified dry mixtures based on mineral binders, such as cement, lime or gypsum.
Advantages Redispersible polymer powder is an universal product which can be used in many different applications. In adhesive applications it enhances the working ability and provides excellent adhesion to the substrate. in self-leveling floor compounds in significantly improved the flexural and tensile strength of renders and repair mortars. In gypsum based fillers, excellent abrasion resistance and adhesion is obtained.

Storage and Handling Redispersible polymer powder should be stored in dry and cool environment. It is recommended to use within 6 month. Storage in high humidity and temperature will increase the risk of blocking. Storage under pressure should also be avoided. Do not stack pallets on top of each other. Avoid dust formation . Fine dust of this product can form explosive mixtures with air and poses a definite fire and explosion hazard; keep away from ignition sources. Take precautions to avoid accumulation of static charge. Practice care and caution to avoid explosive conditions.
