Rotary Table Shotblasting machine typ D are manufactured in different types with a simple and easy construction for the working operations. The pieces are loaded directly on the rotary table and rotated through the blast stream ensuring that the whole surface of the components are shotblasted. Ideally for moulds cleaning, wheels and forging pipes blasting.

HOOK SHOT BLASTING MACHINES

AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT WITH MOTORIZED HOISTS

Hook Type Shotblasting machines typ H are builded in varying models, where the components are hung individually or in batches dependant on size and are loaded into the machine on a trolley which slides on the overhead monorail conveyor. During the work cycle the hook is rotated ensuring a uniform blast effect. These models can be equipped with two or more hooks with option of automatic motorized hoist.

SHOTBLASTING MACHINES FOR PIPES

The shotblasting machines for the treatment of the tubes are divided into two categories:
Tunnel rotating conical rollers (diabolo) that allow the pass-rotation of the tube inside the tunnel: Full solution include: load roller conveyor, machine body and the discharge roller conveyor. The turbines are positioned on the high shot blasting tunnel area in appropriate number according to the travel speed (productivity required) and of the diameter of the tubes to be treated. You can achieve complete shot blasting tubes islands of loading and unloading stores to ensure the maximum automation and productivity.
Translating Shuttle blasting pipes with a fixed location: Full solution, completed with No. 2 tested-door fixed tube and shuttle translating on binary solution. This solution allows to leave the tube stationary in a fixed position and will be the shotblasting shuttle to fulfill the run for the entire length of the tube going to blasting it in every part. Translating shuttle is equipped by nr. 3 or nr. 4 turbines as a function of the diameter of the pipe to be treated. This solution is adoptable for limited production and when the available spaces are reduced. The overall dimensions of the tube longer corresponds approximately pack size of the entire sandblasting system.

Tunnel Shotblasting plants typ Rollblast with rolls conveyor are suitable for descaling, cleaning and mechanical pickling of plates, sections and pipes, special steel structures, beams. These plants are desingned and builded as costumer required in according with space and production demand.

Tunnel Shotblasting plants with air conveyour typ Convblast are designed for blasting pieces suspended on the hooks of a continuosly air conveyor or by a double motorized hoist. The machine has wheels on each side of the cabinet positioned at different angles of incidence allowing complicated shaped components to be processed in a single pass.

Manually Shotblasting rooms typ Blastkammer are designed for manually blasting operation by one or more operators inside the room. The blasting room is equipped with light and filtering plant. The operator, equipped with all safety body and air mask, provide at the blasting operations by a special gun.
