Silicon coated rubber thread uses silicon emulsion, specially formulated, instead of talc powder as an anti – tack agent. Silicon coated rubber thread is eco friendly and results in fewer needle breakages and lower machine interruptions. Moreover the yield per unit weight is higher compared to that of talc coated rubber thread. Silicon coated Rubber Threads are available from Count *2 to Count *0.
