GammaLIN configured source-less efficiency calibration software Gammacalib, which is the patented product used for semiconductor gamma ray detector. The software is powerful in geometry and material modeling, high precision, high speed, simple interface and easy to use. The correctness of the core algorithm is tested by more than **0 experimental results of different shapes and energy sources. The main functions are as follows:

• The powerful CAD software is used to realize the 3D visualization modeling of arbitrary shape of the body.
• The distance from the radioactive source to the detector can be 0 to infinity.
• Scale energy range: *5keV to 7MeV.
• The integral control precision can be adjusted manually. The default value is 3%. The relative error of the experimental results of **0 bulk sources. In *5keV to *0 keV is generally not greater than *0%, *0keV to 7MeV is not greater than 5%.
• The computation time of the efficiency calibration curve: the computation time is less than *0 seconds for the symmetrical body source (such as the source of the environment sample). For the asymmetric shape of the source, the calculation time is generally less than *0 minutes.
