Special Anti-seepage Materials for Canal Projects:
 
On the basis of research on gas leakage prevention, the research team of our company has developed the high-strength, corrosion-resistant and ultraviolet-resistant anti-seepage materials for canal projects after two years of effort by aiming at characteristics and actual use requirements of water transmission via channels and using advanced imported rolling equipment.
 
1. By adopting the imported anti-ageing aids with superb performance and the special formula, the product has high light stability and ultraviolet resistance, so that the light ageing is effectively prevented and the useful life is prolonged;
 
2. The imported special auxiliary materials are added in the whole modifying process, so that compared with common PVC flexible composite materials, the product has better properties such as compression resistance, wearing resistance, corrosion resistance and elasticity; moreover, the product can be normally used under the condition that sharp materials such as ores and stones are contained in certain amount;
 
3. The product uses high-modulus high-strength polyester fiber and has quite good strength, elongation at break and tearing resistance, and by adopting unique multi-layer constant temperature recombination process, its compression resistance, tearing resistance, puncturing resistance and joint strength are greatly better than those of PVC composite cloth as well as other plastic light composite materials;
 
4. Due to the adoption of the multi-layer constant temperature recombination process, the anti-wicking function of base materials is effectively improved, and the base materials dont absorb water and are not delaminated. Due to the adoption of solid welding and seal air-tightness technology, when the product is used, the seams are effectively protected, and the anti-seepage and anti-leakage functions of the seams are improved, so that the useful life of the product is prolonged.
