Description

UN certified stainless steel tank produced by Fubang: the selection of material thickness and size is calculated by the engineer, the strength meets the use demand, the processing technology is rigorous, and the service life can be as long as several decades.
The material of inside container is stainless steel,the outer part is protected by metal frame preventing container deformation and other damage caused by collision. 
The use safety performance test of stainless steel tank is strictly reviewed by the classification society's testing organization. The design strength calculation must meet the design standards of medium bulk containers and  the use requirements. The performance test data must meet the requirements of international maritime transport medium bulk containers. 
According to the requirements of maritime transportation rules, the bumps generated during the transportation of products shall be simulated, and the vibration test of 1 hour shall be conducted to verify that the products to be free from any abnormality or leakage.
Stacking test, lifting test and fork lift test of the products are carried out in accordance with the standard.  After the experiment, the product shall be in good condition.The product after drop test can not show any signs of leakage. Only passing this kind of experiment,the product can pass the UN certificate of classification society.
