Product Description

I. General Description:
The slitting line is used to slit a steel strip/ skelp longitudinally into one or more strips with smaller width, then the cutted strips will be rolled to coils for pipe making use or other fields.

II. Process Flow:
Loading car→ Strip/skelp uncoiler →Pinching and leveling machine → Hydraulic shear→ Rotary shear (or Slitting machine)→ Scrap winder→ Tension device → Strip recoiler→Unloading car→ Storage

III. Main Equipments:

1. Loading car
Function: It is used to lift up and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on uncoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving. The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel. When the coil is on uncoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from uncoiler.

Structure: the main body is four-wheel construction, which is divided into two parts, welded by steel plate and profiled bar. The upper support surface is covered by nylon board for preventing scratching the plate. Hydraulic oil cylinder controls raise and lower. Its rigid balance after being loaded can be managed by guided post. The movement of the car is driven one AC motor.

2. Uncoiler

Function: to unwind the coil.

Advantage: fast feeding speed, easy operation.

3. Pinching and leveling machine
Function: deliver the steel strip to next step.
Devices: Transmitter, pinching machine, press device, centering device, Hydraulic clutch.
Structure: 2 rollers pinching 5 rollers by oil cylinder compressor, up and down delivering.horizontal and vertical rolling.axle box departure up-and -down moving through transmitter driven by motor and reduction box.

4. Hydraulic shear

Function: Irregularity parts both ends of strip cutting
Structure: gantry frame, double oil cylinder pressure, the frame, knife up and down, the blade gap up-and-down adjustment, pressure device, manual centering machine, etc
5. Slitting machine
Features: longitudinally cut wide steel strip in accordance with the provisions into narrow steel strip.
Structure: gear, axle box device, cutting device, the device, frame device, pressing device, on-off device, thrust change knife device, etc.
Forms: DC motor drive, speed reducer by the drive shaft axis rotation drive up and down the knife, knife electric worm gear and worm under axial compression.
6. Scrap winder
Function: collect the trimmings cutting from the slitting machine.
Structure: consist of frame, coiling reel, disc, and drive system.
Technical specifications: the drum and decorate material institutions on both sides respectively drove by AC motor drive; Drum is driven by oil cylinder to collapsible, unloading convenient and quickly.
7. Tension device
Function: separated steel strip, which form a certain tension before send to the recoiler, to complete winding operation.
Structure: made up of two sets of separate shaft, tension station.
Separation device: one end of the separation shaft is fixed the other end can release, adjust and change the separation disk and spacer; the front separation shaft lifting drove by oil cylinderaccording to the different thickness of plate; Separation using *5Mn special handling.
Tension station: tension station drives the sliding block press through the oil cylinder, through the upper and lower fine wool felt contact with steel belt, let running form resistance steel belt. Tension can be adjusted according to the different thickness.
8. Strip recoiler
Function: collect the steel strip after slitting closely
Structure: consist of collapsible spindle, separation clamping device, auxiliary support, driving system and body frame, etc.
9. Unloading car
Function and structure is the same as loading car.
