The Oscar 2 is an ambulatory blood pressure monitor from SunTech Medical that gives clinicians a practical interpretive analysis and reporting tool. This system is validated by the BHS, EHS and AAMI SP*0. 

Oscar 2 offers comfort to the patient with the innovative patented orbit cuffs that are latex free. The cuff is made with a stretch sleeve design that keeps the cuff in place and keeps the patient comfortable at all times. It is machine washable with a removable bladder. 

The monitor is light and compact, and uses motion tolerant algorithms to reduce reinflates and failed readings. It features auto-intelligent inflation pressure which reduces measurement time. This keeps the patient comfortable by controlling cuff inflation. 

The software that the Oscar 2 works with is called AccuWin Pro. It is a user friendly tool that offers the clinician a flexible way to analyze, configure, interpret and report the ABPM findings.

The software offers an interpretive summary, white coat analysis, pediatric threshold calculator, PDF report with EHR compatibility, single page report option and time slice periods. The Oscar 2 is indicated for use when there is white coat hypertension, drug resistant hypertension, masked hypertension or hypertensive symptoms with anti-hypertensive meds.
