Before placing an order, CTI performs Factory Evaluation according to customer’s request. CTI examines the supplier’s production capability, machinery, management and quality procedures, operations and processes. CTI will also brief the supplier regarding client’s quality requirements. Factory Evaluation ensures the appropriate suppliers are used and customer’s quality specification is thoroughly understood. CTI would design the program based on customer’s requirements and focus.
