CHARACTER:

1.Good water-solubility, soft and smooth handle, antistatic property, low bubble.

2.It can be used with silicon oil or used alone.

3.Main characteristics:use conveniently,economize energy ,save manpower , put into washing machine directly and needn’t dilute with water first.

4.This product instead of softener in flake and soft oil and softener paste.

5.After drying in high temperature,finished fabrics appears little yellow.

6.Softener RL***9 doesn’t decolorize the color of garment or change color when soften the garment which dealed with dirty wash and tint in denim garment washing.

APPLICATION:

1.It used for after fininshing in cotton,flax,silk,wool,terylene,acrylic,synthetic fibre, texitile and the like in dyeing factory.                                                                                      

2.Used for soft finishing of denim garment, washing cloth,knitting skirt,etc.,it fits for cloth after stone washing and enzyme washing.

3.Fabrics after soft finishing aren’t distorted that pulled to require breadth before shape knitting texitile.

DISSOLVE METHOD:

1. Add one part of softener RL***9 into ***0 part of water at temperature40℃**0℃, stir at the same time, continue stir for **5 minutes,soak for **2 hours,stir slowly to the emulsion for using.
2.Add one part of softener RL***9 into ***0 part of water at30℃, stir for **5 minutes,and slowly heated to *0**0℃, continue stir it turn to the emulsion. Cool down for using.
