  Operation Procedure:

  
  1. Lower film loading: Both rigid film and flexible film might be used.
  
  2. Thermoforming: Heated in forming die and formed into required trays.
  
  3. Filling: The formed trays are filled automatically by the filling unit.

  
  4. Vacuuming and gas injection is applicable depending on the requirement of your product.

  
  5. Upper film covering: Coding machine (date printer) can be applied optionally.
  
  6. Sealing: Sealing of upper packing material (heat-sealable films) by heat is done.
  
  7. Punch cutting: The packs are cut and seperated from each other.

  
  8. Conveying: End products will be discharged on the conveyor.

  
  9. Waste disposal: Waste film roller takes the scrap away.
