1.Product introduction
1.1 product functions
It mainly used to cut off or connect the medium
product specifications: QF-25

1.4 Technical performance
1）nominal pressure：0.6Mpa.
2）suitable medium: Water ,steam,  non-corrosive gas, liquid,transformer oil.
3）Operation temperature: －40℃～＋120℃
The product is made up by departments such as  hand wheel ,Valve housing,ball ,Valve packing,etc,and has reasonable structure and good sealing .
2、Installation procedure and use method
2.1 Make the ball valve in open state, and ensure that the valve handle has enough room to switch freely.Place a rubber seal between the valve and the flange ,tighten the screw  through the valve installation hole,and make sure the valve and the valve flange hole is homocentric.
2.2 The valve should be used completely open or close ,should not be  throttling by half-open.
2.3 When the handle is perpendicular to the flange axis line,it means the valve is in closed state ,when the handle is parallel to the flange axis line ,it means the valve is in open state.
2.4 Don't install separately .And to ensure that the specifications of the body flange and connecting flange remain consistent.
2.5 When the Three Way Ball Valve is used as fluid orientation ,it should ensure that handle rotation into place.Lock the valve by the padlock through the hole below the handle, make sure of the safe operation of transformer .
