Transformer Zeolite Oil Purification Systems 1.7(Z) are designed to remove solid particles, as well as gases and water by means of thermo-vacuum purification using a solid adsorbent (zeolite) from lubricant and electric isolation oils such as power transformer oil, whose viscosity at temperature *0 C does not exceed *0 cSt. These systems are used for installation, maintenance and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment, hermetically sealed or otherwise. The equipment can have capacity up to ***0 kV (power transformers, high-voltage switchgear etc). It also recovers the oil color and removes acidity and vaccuumizes the equipment. We offer Zeolite Recovery Block ZRB***0 to regenerate the absorbent. The Transformer Oil Purification Systems 1.7(Z) consists of oil heater, fine filter, oil pump, pre-filter, vacuum pump and vacuum drier, absorber, control cabinet, pipelines and valves. The main control circuit is interlocked with the pump drive control circuit, the control cabinet contains magnetic starter and a thermal regulator switch which controls and maintains temperature in the set range.
