Thanks to the design concept of environment protection and energy saving, the new type high-speed OPP film laminating machine is applicable for water-based glue, solvent adhesive, no-glue film and pre-coating film, widely used on shopping paper bag, color printed boxes, greeting cards, books, poster, promoting booklets, etc. The converting process is divided into 4 procedures, first, applying glue on the OPP film, after the glued film passes through the drying system consisted by a big-size drying cylinder and auxiliary drying device, the dried film is pressed and laminated with sheet sent from feeder via hot water drum, the laminated material is pulled off while film is cut through a disk cutter, finally, the laminated material is collected by manual work or automatic device.
