Use and features

The machine is mainly used for forming of a large type of sheet shell in titanium, stainless steel etc. and also can be used for forming of a large type of cover parts.
The designs of the machine body and the cylinder use a pre-stressed steel wire winding technology to increase work stability and anti-fatigue strength of the machine body frame and the cylinder significantly. Due to machine window size is increased, the operation is easier and the production efficiency is high, so it can work stably under rated loads. It has an independent electric control system and a hydraulic control system and uses a PLC control in both direction controls of touching screen and s with two types of manual and semi-auto work modes for selection. The work pressure and the work feed speed can be adjusted
The machines has a pressure display device, a temperature display alarm device, a counting display device, a keeping pressure time setting device, a track automatic lubricating device, quick loading and unloading mould slide devices etc. The work performance is stable, keeping pressure performance is well, delaying time is accuracy, automation degree is high. The machine is the advanced forming equipment for plates and sheets of heat exchanger in China.
