Use and features

The machine is mainly used for forming of a large type of sheet shell in titanium, stainless steel etc. and also can be used for forming of a large type of cover parts.

The designs of the machine body and the cylinder use a pre-stressed steel wire winding technology to increase work stability and anti-fatigue strength of the machine body frame and the cylinder significantly to ensure the machine stable operation under rated loads.

This series of machines have an independent power mechanism and an electric control system. It is controlled centrally by s with two types of manual and semi-auto work modes for selection. The work pressure and the work feed speed can be adjusted

This series of machines have a pressure display device, temperature display alarm device, counting display device, keeping pressure time setting device etc. The work performance is stable, keeping pressure performance is well, delaying time is accuracy, automation degree is high. The machine is equipped with quick changing mould device to make mould replaced more easily and quickly, so that it is the more advanced forming equipment for plates and sheets of heat exchanger in China.
