silicone rubber for decorative plaster molds is a flexible, very high tear strength silicone rubber, used for complex moulds with extensive undercuts. Suitable to cast a vide variety of materials. Typical applications include arts restoration, general handy crafts, lost wax casting process, plaster forms, seals, stage decorations, statuettes and many more.

Operation instruction of silicone rubber for decorative plaster molds : 
silicone rubber for decorative plaster molds is composed of two components. Component A is white flowing liquid while component B is the curing agent.

Steps:

 A. Take silicone rubber of **0g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly.

B. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles.

C. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.
