PS**1RP is a high speed rotary type inspection machine which rotates PET bottle **0 degrees to fully check for deficiencies while producing PET bottle by inspecting crack,oval,particle on TSS(top seal surface),Sidewall, bottom.

Furthermore the image gray-scale of ethernet camera allows accurate filming and analysis that increases inspection ability. It also collects all data retrieved during inspection process and enables monitoring of data for statistical quality management.

The mechanical structure of systme enables *4hours of use without any problems and adjustments can be made depending on model and size of product.

Systme also has a self diagnostic feature installed that alerts operator of problems or breakdown, preventing failure of inspection.Its parts are simply designed with durability and semi-permanent.
