Urea Ejector Nozzle for SCR system
The operating principle of injection valve is relatively simple，high pressure urea solution gets into the shell body of the injection valve through the filter element ,when the solenoid valve is not energized,the needle valve will fall and press the sealing valve ball under the spring force ,and then seal the injection disk ,to make it not spray ,Once the solenoid valve is energized ,electromagnetic force will pull the armature iron upward，the needle valve will lift，and high pressure solution will spray into the exhaust pipe，if the solenoid valve is stopped supplying power，the needle valve will fall again and stop spraying urea.
