Our products are also exported to many countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia. PANEL RADIATOR AND TOWEL HEATER PLANT The factory is completely dedicated to the manufacturing of steel panel radiator and towel heater in two automatic assembly lines. In total, the plant has a production capacity of 1. **0. **0 / units per annum. All operations from raw material purchasing to powder coating, packaging and palletization are in line with ISO ***1: ***0 (Quality Management) , ISO ****1 (Environmental) , OHSAS ****1 (Occupational Health and Safety) and CE standarts. Production Process After special steel sheets are formed by the latest technology, each plate is welded at the full automatic welding line and then each radiator is tested individually. After quality tests, the radiators are painted with epoxy powder painting against corrosion and strokes. The towel heaters are coated with crome or painted with various colors. Each MAKTEK Panel radiator and towel heater delivers safe and efficient heating by the application of strict quality control systems at every step of the production. Statistical Controlling and Barcode system enables an efficient back tracing of each radiator loaded from the warehouse. The breakthrough system allows distributors and end users to inquire the quality test reports of each product while the data is used for the measuring the performance of the production line.
