Structural features
All performance index of this product are accord with the
requirement of National YD/T*******6 Standard.
The box body is high pressure injection molding with imported high
strength engineering plastics (ABS) and inhibitor. The exterior is
arcing oval. The feature is light weight, high mechanical strength,
high corrosion resistance, resist lightning stroke and long useful
life, etc.
It adopts self-adhesive (non vulcanization) rubber strip with seal
for box body and cable entrance. The seal is stable. It is easy to
repeatedly open, use and maintain.
The special configuration is cable ring (O type ring) with four
specification (φ*2.5，φ*7，φ*0，φ*2) . The users could flexibly choose
according to the outside diameter of actual optical cable. It
effectively heightens the reliability and practical applicability
of the seal for connection box cable entrance.
There are overlay structure welding tray and independent insulation
earthing device in the box. It does configuration and expansion for
the optical fiber core number, flexibility, convenience and safely
for ground connection of optical cable.
The metal component and
fastening piece of box body outside are all stainless steel. It
could be expediently and repeatedly used under all kinds of
environment.
