1. Buyer provides COMPANY PROFILE, NCNDA/IMPFA, Customer confirmation letter / ICPO, and then seller issues FCO to buyer
2. Buyer signs and return the FCO accepting the procedures and pricing
3. Seller issues the Commercial Invoice to the buyer
4. Buyer signs, seals, date and return CI within four hours
5. Buyer issue financial capability via bank to bank within *4 hours of
6. Seller issues a Dip Test Authorization or authorization to verify “FRESH INTERTEK REPORT WITH INTERTEK”

· If Dip Test is require, buyer Schedules Dip Test with Intertek/SGS equivalent
· Buyer submits his/her Q*8 or Tank Number or Charter Party Agreement for seller to approve
7. Upon successful dip test results or verification of the “FRESH INTERTEK REPORT”, buyer pays per executed Commercial Invoice
8. Seller Provides all closing documents including title transfer, laycan schedule
9. Following successful first lift seller issues contract for guaranteed amount as per the above.
