  1. Structure and Character
BMB*1 Belt Edging Machine is composed of working table system and belt working system. The working table is made of all-round wheels on the structure, which is suitable for the movement of the glass.
The belt working system is made of stander, motor, rollers, belt and tightening device. The rotary rollers make the belt tighten, open the motors, the belt can work in high effiency.

You can use the machine after installed and adjusted.
Working Steps as follows:
Put on the power supply→Turn on the switch on the “1”position.
Motor starts working→Put on the “Starting” buttons
Put the glass on the working table→by hand
Move the glass steadily→by hand
All ended, turn off the motor→turn off the “stop” button
Turn off the general power supply
 
Notice:
⑴ While the belt working in the high efficiency, observe to make sure whether the belt working in the right direction, if not, adjust the tightening wheels and change it.
⑵ Before working, start the machine and let it work for 5 minutes to see it works steadily.
⑶ It moves slowly and steadily, the workers should wear safety glasses to against the dusty.
