Clada also adheres to the EIQA's Q-Mark Standard.  The Q-Mark programme necessitates an Independent Assessment carried out by an experienced assessor who undertakes an onsite evaluation of the organisation's compliance against the standard as well as identifying best practices and evidence of commitment to continuous improvement.

HACCP Programme treats the production of food as a total, continuous system, assuring food safety from inception to consumption. Included in our HACCP system are purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, and service.  The premise is simple. If each step of the process is carried out correctly, the end product will be safe food.
